Vikings Baseball is seeking interest from our u10 & u12 players and parents to organise a team to participate in the Under 12 Canberra Invitational.
Please lodge your interest by 20 February so that we can determine if we have enough players/coaches for the Club to nominate a team.
The Canberra Invitational, a yearly tournament providing players aged 10 & 11 with the opportunity to play tournament baseball with their Club against local and interstate teams. The competition will be held over the 3 days of the Easter Long weekend at the Narrabundah Ballpark.
When: 25 - 28 March 2016
Age: Players have to be born after the 1st of April 2003 and be at least 10 years of age (dispensation requests will be considered on a case by case basis).
Requirements: Coaches, Manager, Scorer and an umpire
Squad size: 12-14 players (likely to play 2 games a day over 3 days)
Tournament Format: Round robin - with a finals series
